Bülent Dokuzluoğlu, was born in Kilis in 1977. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 1999 and from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration in 2008.

He began his career as a HACCP expert at BGD Consultacy.

He provided HACCP Food Safety consultacy for many five star hotels and resorts for two years in Antalya.

He has completed ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 22000 Food Safety trainings given by the organizations such as TUV Nord, Moody, Travelife, Global GAP and he audited many businesses.


Mr. Dokuzluoğlu founded BIX Kurumsal in 2005. Since that year, BIX Kurumsal has been providing quality management service, documentation service, hygiene audits and trainings for many brands such as Regnum Carya, Lujo Art & Joy, Club Megasaray, Miracle Asia Istanbul, Maritim Pine Beach, Limak International Hotels and Resorts, Hilton, Ramada, Stone Hotels, etc.

He is a chairman of Environmental Committee of Skal Antalya. Also he is a coordinating member of Kalder Tourism Business Group and responsible for the trainings.

Bülent Dokuzluoğlu is married and has two children.
