Mr Kuttas has more than 32 years of hospitality experience as senior & middle manager in Turkey and overseas. He has opened successfully five international hotel chains in Turkey. Besides working as Hotel General Manager & Director of Food and Beverage Manager in five star hotels over the years, he also worked as ‘Lecturer’ in the Tourism and Hospitality Management Faculties of several universities in Turkey & Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. He has a vast experience as Hospitality Consultant & made valuable contributions to the success of establishments which he provided consultancy.

While working at the Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul hotel, Selçuk Kuttas achieved an important success by establishing the "First Class Service" system of Turkish Airlines.This very special service has been successfully implemented on the far east route of THY. He is also a founding member of swissotel Hotel School.
