S. İnce completed his hotel management education at Bilkent University in 1996 and continued his postgraduate education at Marmara University in the Finance department.

He worked as manager of Hyatt Regency Istanbul, Hilton Istanbul, Divan Hotels, and Central Budget and Management Accounting directorates in Dedeman Tourism Group.

In 2005, as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, he carried out Budget and Reporting applications and audit projects in chain hotels. Dedeman Group in 2010. In the first Business Intelligence projects in Turkey's hospitality industry has made project management.
He teaches Financial Management, Cost Control and Process Management courses at various universities.
